My Background and Approach
I listen closely to what’s spoken and what stays just beneath the surface. In our sessions, we slow down, explore what feels confusing or heavy, and begin to untangle the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we put words to what has been hard to face, trace where your feelings come from, and build a stronger sense of clarity, wholeness, and direction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When you no longer have to hide, something new can begin. Vulnerability is not the problem; it is the beginning of transformation. In therapy, what matters most is the relationship. When you feel seen without judgment, when someone stays with you in the places you usually keep guarded, healing becomes possible. You may not have words for everything yet, and that’s okay. What matters is the sense that you no longer have to carry it all alone. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where the relationship itself becomes the foundation for change. Growth does not come through pressure. It takes root in connection.
