I work primarily with clients ages 12 through 25. My goal is to empower young people to develop the skills they need to navigate life’s ups and downs with resilience. I work with children who have a range of difficulties across all spectrums of social, emotional, and behavioral needs and diagnoses. In addition, I work with parents of special needs children, helping parents in how to parent their unique child, as well as individual therapeutic issues that may have arisen since becoming a parent. I also work with divorcing couples on how to co-parent their child. Finally, I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or life transitions.

I work primarily with couples and families to improve communication patterns and strengthen relationships. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, we explore the roots of why we do what we do and consider new ways of moving forward through life.
