I work primarily with young adults and adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Most often, the folx I partner with are seeking an opportunity for growth and healing as well as an opportunity to further enhance coping skills and self-understanding.
I work with adults and young adults age 17 and above. Among my focuses of treatment are art therapy, adjustment to life transitions, trauma-informed practices, couples/relationship work, family systems approaches, perinatal mood disorders, CBT, women's empowerment, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I frequently provide therapy for fellow therapists, healthcare workers, college students, couples, and adults of all genders who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My clients generally have been using what they know best to respond to stress, emotions, and interpersonal situations but those ways are no longer working. They either cause more stress, lead to them feeling more alone, or even more pain.
The more I am in this field the more I realize that I am very passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, which I also belong to. I particularly enjoy working with trans folx and helping them navigate the process of coming out or just the day to day stress of the society we currently live in. I love working with people who are new to therapy just as much as working with those who are familiar with it.
