If you struggle with intense feelings you can't always explain or find yourself drawn to relationships that just leave you feeling worse, I am here to support you. Your feelings are valid and we will create space for them while also working on strategies to help you manage them so they don't manage you. We can work on ways to communicate your needs to others more effectively and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
You may feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety, overthinking, or a low mood, leaving you wanting a change. Many of my clients face overwhelming emotions that stand in the way of enjoying life and pursuing what truly matters to them. I believe in the power of collaboration and crafting therapy to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the best therapeutic approach to help you reclaim your life and rediscover your happiness.
The ideal population for me to serve are young adults navigating anxiety and or changes going on in their lives. I also love helping young women dealing with women's issues like postpartum anxiety and infertility. Additionally, I work very well with college aged students since they feel that I'm very relatable. I love using cognitive behavioral therapy to work with clients who have generalized anxiety disorder, adjustment disorder, OCD, food issues and relationship issues.
I help individuals navigate life transitions—whether starting a career, stepping into retirement, or managing caregiving roles like parenting or supporting aging parents—by aligning with their values and aspirations. I’m also passionate about supporting those struggling with disordered eating and body image, fostering practical coping skills, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of identity.
I specialize in working with teenagers, particularly those who have experienced trauma, abandonment, or loneliness. Many face complex emotions around identity, isolation, and pain, and need a safe space to explore their feelings, build resilience, and gain clarity. My goal is to empower them to understand that healing is a journey, and through self-exploration and support, they can rebuild confidence, find purpose, and develop the tools for a fulfilling life.

I offer medication management to adults dealing with Anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, mood disorders, and all other general psychiatric diagnoses I am passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges of life. I strive to provide a warm and compassionate environment where my patients feel heard, validated , and respected. My aim is to provide psychiatric care and guide my clients toward a rewarding life that is not defined by their mental illness.
As multi-dimensional beings, it can be challenging to find spaces where all aspects of our identities are fully seen, understood, and embraced. In our search for belonging, we may disconnect from parts of ourselves, leading to feelings of isolation or discontent. My aim is to co-create a space where individuals can reconnect with every layer of their being, including those parts that may feel “too much” for the world around them, fostering acceptance and wholeness.

I see adults who are interested in a person-centered, psychodynamic approach to therapy. I am a trauma-informed provider who works with clients that want to explore how their identity plays out in their behaviors, relationships, and community. I work with clients who are struggling with depression and anxiety, adults with ADHD, and attachment challenges and use a combination of art and talk therapy interventions in my sessions.
My clients need someone to listen to them—to be heard in a “safe space” where they can freely express themselves. They understand that everyone struggles and that it’s okay to ask for help. Their goals are to learn better ways to cope and deal with their issues. They want to live their best life without fear and anxiety but with courage and resilience. Working together, my hope is to get you closer to your ideal self: a self without despair and filled with hope.
Most of my clients are adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and low self esteem. I also work with women struggling with family of origin issues, relationship issues, and disordered eating. In our sessions together, my mission is to unlock the insights you already have inside of yourself to create the changes you desire in your life.
I help clients accept reality as it is, to be themselves and to enjoy being themselves. Internal harmony is essential to human happiness. In sessions, clients discover the totality of their personhood, come to appreciate being alive, to thrive rather than to simply survive. By making space for their inner selves, my clients come away from therapy with the ability to live life authentically.
At Resilience Lab I work with clients to bring out their strengths and improve relationships. By creating a safe, positive environment, clients can grow into their best selves, build fulfilling lives, and connect with the people around them. I also work with women navigating childbirth so they can feel confident in their new role as mothers.

I strive to create a space that is warm, accepting, and trauma informed. I am fascinated by how our family relationships can impact our adult relationships, our self worth, and our place in the world. I work most well with clients who are curious towards their past experiences and I can support them in understanding the impact of these experiences. I am currently able to provide individual and couples counseling.
The population and particular groups that I am interested in working with are adult men and women. My practice focuses on people who have issues with mental health issues such as, anxiety, depression, relationship issues (family, friends, co-workers) as well as substance use problems. When working with me in therapy, people can expect someone who is supportive and will provide guidance for their issues.
Often, my clients repeat old and familiar ways of doing things despite winding up with the same troubling consequences: dating the same type of unavailable partner, burdened by the same feelings of self consciousness or sadness, feeling the same “freeze” or shut down response during conflict, or having the same fight with family members or spouse. My clients are good at working hard, but sometimes end up stuck, burnt out, or on a path anywhere from “something feels off” to "I need help now."
