About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I approach each client with a different perspective. I have the ability to identify the client's needs and provide a source of safety to accompany them on this journey through their life experiences and their impact. I use a combination of CBT, EFT, Imago, attachment theory and Jungian SandPlay Therapy and other therapeutic methods in my practice. I’ve been trained in trauma, grief, maternal mental health, Jungian SandPlay and other therapeutic modalities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person has the autonomous ability to change their life. I am an ally to individuals in the LGBTQ community as well as to anyone who feels mistreated, disrespected and misunderstood. I am advocate for underserved communities and have volunteered to help people in my community.
