About My Clients
I work with young adults (18-35) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, stress, and major life transitions. They’re looking for a supportive space to explore their challenges, build confidence, and develop practical coping strategies. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused, helping clients create meaningful change and take control of their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My passion is helping young adults navigate anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and major life transitions by providing an accessible, judgment-free space for self-exploration and growth. I use an integrative, strengths-based approach, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. My sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, helping you break unhelpful patterns, build confidence, and develop practical coping strategies to create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be accessible, affordable, and stigma-free. My approach emphasizes holistic wellness, recognizing the connection between mental and emotional well-being. I’m passionate about making therapy more accessible and continuously learning to better support my clients. I also value balance and self-care, practicing mindfulness and personal growth in my own life. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
