About My Clients
I help men and women get control of old thinking patterns and heavily conditioned emotions to get to where they want to be personally and professionally. Many clients come to me after struggling repeatedly by trying to “fix” themselves on their own or have attended traditional therapy sessions with minimal results. Clients who want to get better, but will power is diminishing. Together, we find and fix what was developed from past experiences that conditioned the brain into current struggles.
My Background and Approach
I am therapist who has supervised counselors in the field of mental health and substance dependence for many years. I have successful experience handling a range of complex personal and professional issues. I have also been a successful business owner, worked internationally and have a high understanding of how old patterns and mental blockages affect personal growth and relationships. My work involves using evidence-based modalities in psychotherapy but I know that alone is not enough for effective healing and change. My skills in Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Brain Based Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Therapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), help people have transformations at the deeper subconscious level. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a firm believer that people have the capacity to change and I believe in the amazing power of the human mind, having both witnessed this many times and have experienced this throughout my life and in my profession. I know many different types of approaches used in therapy, but I also know that one specific technique does not always provide lasting results, which is what people really want. Real change means working with the root cause at the subconscious level which may sound daunting, difficult or scary. I get it because I've been there. But I have done it and I will help you through it. Good therapy is supportive, effective and empowers you. That is what I give to you.
