About My Clients
My ideal client is facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. I work with adults and adolescents who feel overwhelmed or disconnected and need a supportive space to process their emotions. Whether dealing with PTSD, grief, relationship issues, or chronic stress, my clients are ready to improve their emotional well-being and take steps toward healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 8 years of experience, specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use a blend of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques. My approach is personalized, collaborative, and rooted in compassion, providing clients with the tools to heal, grow, and achieve emotional well-being in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Additionally, I integrate insights from neuroscience, drawing from programs like the Neuroscience and Business program at Wharton, to help clients understand how their brain patterns affect decision-making, stress, and emotional resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their inner world and heal from life’s challenges. I am deeply passionate about advocating for mental health, particularly in underserved communities, and breaking the stigma around therapy. I also believe in the power of resilience and personal growth, and my goal is to empower my clients to reclaim their narrative and live fulfilling, authentic lives.
