Healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I create a brave, supportive space to help you heal and grow. We’ll work together to process trauma, soothe anxiety, lift depression, and improve relationships, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and those who matter most. Together, we’ll untangle feelings of stuckness or pain in a way that leads to relief, peace, and more fulfilling connections in your life.
My Approach to Helping
I work relationally because I believe that healing happens in connection with others. Together, we’ll create a brave and supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and discover new ways of moving through the world. In our sessions, we’ll work experientially and somatically, paying close attention to the wisdom of your body and emotions. Often, the body holds onto feelings and memories that the mind may not fully recognize. By tuning into your physical sensations and emotions in real-time, we can begin to release old patterns of pain or stuckness that may be holding you back. This approach helps us to access deeper layers of healing that talking alone sometimes can’t reach. I’m trained in several therapeutic approaches, including AEDP, which focuses on creating new, healing emotional experiences. We’ll work together to process feelings and experiences as they arise, helping you tap into your innate capacity for healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is also rooted in decolonizing and anti-oppressive principles, because I value the importance of understanding the impact of systemic issues on mental health and wellness. I’m here to support all parts of you—mind, body, and spirit—as we navigate your journey toward healing.
