About My Clients
I work best with individuals and families—both civilian and military—experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Issues, and adolescent behavioral challenges. My goal is to support clients in understanding their difficulties and developing insight-driven methods to manage and overcome obstacles in life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a master’s degree in Counselor Education. As a US Army veteran, I understand the unique challenges faced by both civilian and military families. I’ve worked extensively with individuals navigating Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Issues, and adolescent behavior concerns. My approach is centered on developing practical, empowering strategies that allow for relief and growth. I guide clients in exploring the root of their challenges and building the insight needed for lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Once a skeptic myself, I found transformation through therapy by learning to trust the process and invest in myself. That experience now fuels my dedication to helping others do the same. I believe in creating a space of insight, safety, and empowerment where clients can grow beyond their current struggles. My values lie in providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to both civilian and military populations. Therapy isn’t just about symptom relief—it’s about self-discovery, resilience, and meaningful change.
