About My Clients

Are you wanting a more holistic approach rather than just focusing on medication or talk therapy? I assist clients in identifying behavior changes ranging from improving nutrition to reduce symptoms to learning how to manage trauma triggers.
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy due to the degree of evidence and research determining their effectiveness in treating mental illness. I apply Nutrition Psychology to assist clients in learning about strategies to reduce their mental health symptoms through simple diet changes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in taking a holistic approach to heath, which includes both cognitive and behavioral changes. I have personally experienced drastic improvement in my own mental health and quality of life by making long-term changes to my nutrition and exercise. I enjoy helping clients overcome barriers to becoming their best self.
