It is my belief that we all have an innate desire to connect, feel heard, and be understood. My therapeutic approach is grounded in this belief, and it is my hope that we will create a meaningful therapy that is validating and encouraging, yet simultaneously challenging enough to be a catalyst for meaningful growth.

Our work together should create space to be vulnerable and take risks, freeing you to experience yourself differently and live more in line with what you value. Because change often occurs as a byproduct of a connected and understanding relationship, a critical task of therapy is to help you explore, understand, and challenge what meanings you have made of your experiences, and in so doing, facilitate a new experience of yourself or your relationships. Through this approach, I have witnessed many find solace and heal from issues such as depression, anxiety, traumatic events, hurt in relationships, and even psychosis and schizophrenia.
