About My Clients

My Background and Approach
After graduating with a Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, I worked in the NYC schools, to provide counseling for students, and educational resources about mental health for the parents and school staff. I transitioned to all clinical work after finding my passion in helping people challenge their unhelpful mindsets to reach their fullest potential! I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I want to provide you with the techniques and skills to successfully and independently challenge your negative thoughts, to feel better, and to accomplish your goals with more ease. I believe in treating all people with the utmost respect and dignity. I often feel privileged to be a therapist and to have clients welcome me into their evolution of becoming the person they want to be. I approach every client from the mindset of curiosity and consideration. I aspire to learn about all of the little variables that have contributed to your success, your accomplishments, but also your disappointments or regrets.
