My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and specialized training in the treatment of substance abuse, trauma, and mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. With several years of experience, I have supported individuals and families facing addiction, helping them navigate recovery. I also have expertise in trauma-informed care, guiding clients through healing and growth. In working with individuals struggling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar, I utilize evidence-based techniques to manage symptoms and enhance overall well-being. My client-centered approach creates a safe space for exploration while providing practical tools and strategies. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, improve emotional well-being, and create positive change in their lives.
