My Background and Approach
I have over 20 years' experience successfully treating anxiety, depression, and related concerns. I use scientifically supported approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness that are also time- and cost-effective. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients, helping them to build skills, meet their goals, and live the lives they want. My clients are interested in developing practical strategies to address their concerns both during treatment and long after our work together ends.
