With over 30 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, with a particular focus on transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive clients. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in respect, authenticity, and emotional safety. I recognize that trauma can take many forms and may show up in ways that are not always obvious. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening internally, while offering tools to support healing, resilience, and self-trust. I integrate evidence-based practices with deep listening, humor, and a direct but compassionate style.
