About My Clients

I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, but broadly speaking, my expertise ranges from alcohol and drug abuse, addiction, and bipolar & psychotic disorders.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist who is sensitive to the various needs and backgrounds of my clients, my approach to treatment is guided by the thought that all my clients are unique individuals with different needs and life experiences. This approach to therapy has been developed and honed over a 15-year period and began in 2009, when I graduated from the University of Southern California with a graduate’s degree in social work. Since then, I have worked at every level of care in various positions ranging from therapist to clinical director. Prior to private practice, I was a clinical director and therapist for 3 years with LifeStance Health, which is one of the largest mental health providers in the country. I utilize a holistic and cognitive approach to therapy, and I also incorporate selfcare strategies into treatment.

I understand the difficulties and frustrations of finding a therapist that can relate to the struggles and challenges you are experiencing. I recognize that many people struggle for various reasons to find peace, joy, and healing in a world that can be dismissive of the pain you may be experiencing.
