My Background and Approach
I'm a trained Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) practitioner, equipped with skills spanning mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. These tools empower you to manage stress and make healthier choices, leading to a more fulfilling life. I'm also trained in Psychological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), assisting couples in clarifying their values, addressing dealbreakers, rebuilding trust after betrayal, and equipping them to collaboratively resolve relationship challenges for their unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hold the belief that personal growth is a lifelong journey with no inherent limits. Mental health challenges often stem from learned behaviors that can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ones, allowing for transformative change at any stage of life.
