About My Clients
I see a wide range of clients from kiddos to adults. As an occupational therapist, anything that is a barrier to your daily living -- self-limiting beliefs, decreased attention/working memory, anxiety, decreased social engagement, poor self-efficacy, etc. -- I want to help you with. I'm here to provide validation, perspective, and accountability as you tackle your goals and will challenge you along the way to live the life you dream and envision for yourself or your loved one.
My Background and Approach
I have been practicing occupational therapy since 2020 in various settings, such as neurological rehabilitation, geriatric care, eating disorder recovery and pediatrics in the schools and outpatient. In addition to my background and education in occupational therapy and my undergrad degree in psychology, I have certification in Level 2 Reiki, C-HYI 200 Yoga, and Level 1 Precise Nutrition. I am a nerd at heart and take every opportunity I can to keep learning and growing, especially in areas of holistic well-being, energy work, and spirituality. I take a compassionate approach and very much believe and know that each individual is on their own path, and I'm here just as a guide. I value education on the nervous system and aiding clients to best take care of their body and become more self-reliant in their nervous system regulation, using the polyvagel theory.
