I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and EFT tapping to help individuals, couples, and families reduce uncomfortable feelings and increase their level of fulfillment.
