My Background and Approach
I have over 18 years of experience as a Trauma Therapist and hold an additional certification as an Advanced Grief Counselor. I provide online therapy in California and Florida which includes weekly therapy, EMDR Intensives and Ketamine Assisted Therapy. I am also a Clinical Supervisor for therapists in trauma treatment programs and a trainer for ARC (Attachment, Regulation and Competency). I am trained in a multitude of evidenced based treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, Ketamine Assisted therapy and ARC. I have healed from my past and I am passionate about helping others do the same, so they can thrive now and in the future.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can grow and change with the right support. I believe that healing from negative life experiences is necessary for a joyful life and that we don’t just need to learn to cope with pain but rather we have a duty to heal it. I have healed trauma and overcome debilitating grief on my own journey. I believe this helps me truly understand, empathize with and help my clients heal from their past.
