Whether you’ve been in therapy before or it’s your first time, taking the steps to get started is the hardest part. Daily life can be challenging and stressful. Managing daily responsibilities, work, significant others/family/friends; on top of stress of anxiety, that sometimes comes out of no where, depression and/or relationship issues can feel impossible. Learning to balance it all seems out of reach, but it doesn't have to. I look forward to helping you take your life back.
My Background and Approach
For the past 13 years I have helped adolescents, adults and couples work through anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma and overwhelming stress. I also work with couples to have a happier marriage/relationship, communicate better, work through separation/divorce and build blended families/co-parent. I create a safe space where you can be open and honest. It's scary for everyone to think about having to feel the scary feelings we carry. No one said therapy is easy. I work to make sure you are in the drivers seat and meet you where you are emotionally. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported. I use a variety of approaches to help you create long lasting change. This will leave you with a skill set you can pull from throughout whatever life throws at you.
