About My Clients
I specialize in anxiety and infertility. Many who seek out therapy with me struggle to take time for themselves and set boundaries. I help adults overcome anxiety, burnout, and people pleasing to live authentic, intentional lives. Family planning and infertility fuels a different type of anxiety. I understand the hope, the grief, the isolation.. You don't have to go at it alone. I am here to walk the path with you and hold space.
My Background and Approach
I earned my bachelor’s in psychology at San Jose State University and master’s in marriage and family therapy at University of Southern California. I am passionate about helping others live a life aligned with their values. My previous clinical experience includes working in community mental health, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, schools, and group practice. I draw from this experience to provide my clients a holistic approach to therapy that is personalized to each client's needs. I strive to create a welcoming, personable space for my clients to reflect on their experiences, process emotions, and gain insight to patterns. Together we challenge those patterns that are no longer serving them while building new ones aligned with their values.
