My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome their challenges. I specialize in treating a range of disorders, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, among others. By using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and more, I strive to empower my clients to achieve their goals. I believe every individual has unique needs, and I take an integrative approach in therapy to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to clients' specific needs. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through therapy, individuals can explore their inner world and better understand themselves, leading to personal growth and healing. In order to do so, they need a safe and secure space to discuss their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. As a therapist, I place great value on the client-therapist relationship. As such, I aim to create a safe space where clients can be vulnerable and open and feel heard and understood, knowing that as their therapist, I will provide unconditional support and guidance.
