My approach uses humor, warmth, and evidence-based practices to help you align with your values and overcome challenges. Together, we will focus on your goals, empowering you to live more authentically and confidently.

My Background and Approach

As a licensed psychologist with years of experience, I bring a unique perspective as a queer, neurodivergent therapist who truly understands the challenges you may face. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and those with ADHD, helping clients manage complex mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I utilize evidence-based treatments like DBT, Exposure Response Prevention, and Prolonged Exposure, ensuring that the strategies we use are backed by research and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you develop practical skills, find balance, and live more authentically, while feeling affirmed in your identity. I believe in a compassionate, no-nonsense approach that fosters meaningful progress and long-term growth. Whether you're seeking more confidence, healthier relationships, or alignment with your values, I'm here to help guide that journey with humor, warmth, and a focus on real change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I am deeply committed to social justice and supporting marginalized communities. I actively advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health accessibility, reproductive autonomy, and racial justice. I believe that mental health care should be a space where all individuals feel affirmed, empowered, and seen. I frequently write to legislators about these causes, particularly focusing on reducing barriers to care and supporting those impacted by structural inequality. I also believe in supporting local businesses and organizations that align with my values. Personally, I'm passionate about educating others on the importance of neurodiversity and the unique strengths that come with it. Outside of therapy, I support causes like environmental conservation and volunteer with a birds of prey org. I’m here to offer a safe, affirming space where you can feel understood and supported in your journey toward living authentically and in alignment with your values.
