About My Clients
Are you open to growth, curious about your role in their relationships, and ready to explore new ways of being? Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, and are seeking a safe, supportive space to address these with compassion. Taking the first step toward healing can feel both exciting and daunting. Whether you’re navigating emotional challenges, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to connect more deeply with yourself, you're not alone.
My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, valuing the uniqueness of each client’s journey and emphasizing the importance of self-discovery, emotional processing, and sustainable change. My therapeutic style is collaborative and integrative, drawing from systems counseling, internal family systems, attachment theory, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. I believe that healing occurs not only on a cognitive level but also emotionally and somatically, and I incorporate these layers into our work together. For clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment that allows them to explore these challenges. My practice serves individuals who are open to exploring alternative therapies for mental health and couples interested in developing a deeper, more connected relationship. Many of my clients are curious, emotionally intelligent, and ready to take an active role in their healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should empower clients to discover their true selves, heal past wounds, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether through KAP, relationship counseling, or traditional therapy, I aim to guide clients toward a place of deeper understanding, fulfillment, and peace. I hold a Ph.D. in marriage and family therapy and have been in private practice since 2011, working with individuals and couples on a range of mental health and relational concerns. My experience spans traditional counseling settings as well as specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, which I completed with Fluence. This background allows me to bring a versatile, nuanced perspective to therapy, blending conventional therapeutic models with cutting-edge approaches in psychedelic therapy. As a certified KAP provider, I partner with Journey Clinical to offer this service ethically and safely, adhering to best practices in psychedelic therapy.
