About My Clients
I primarily work with individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA+ population. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, depression/general feelings of sadness, and relational issues (mama drama and other family-related concerns) and self-esteem/self-identity/self-image and general self-betterment goals -- I am here to help support in whatever ways possible.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and understood all while exploring whatever issues you're working through. I'll do my best to always make you feel safe and supported. I'm just another human who, like you, is looking to learn, connect, and grow. I believe in taking a down-to-earth, relatable approach to therapy, providing a new perspective while collaborating with you. I lived abroad in Asia for 12 years and moved back home to the states during COVID to pursue my masters in marriage and family therapy. Our lives are all unique and I want to explore your uniqueness with you. I believe life is complicated, and I want to help you look at those complications through a relational approach — looking at yourself, others influential to you, and greater systems you’re a part of.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I recognize that sometimes it may be difficult to find a therapist who fully understands what you are going through. My aim is to use genuine curiosity and empathy to connect with you, regardless of your personal identity, as you bravely traverse this wild little world we live in.
