I have worked for many years both training and teaching internal family systems. If you have ever felt that the "self" inside of your head it's not just one minute but is like a home with many roommates, and some of those roommates don't get along… Then you might benefit from my approach. I can help you find the ally-self within you that will help bring balance, integrate ego, and embrace shadow in a way that you can be your strongest self.

I apply this approach in ways to look for beautiful truths within yourself that you can accept it as "self "and then use these truths to create an ally-self. You learn to accept that this part of you has always been, and will always be, a part of you. Then you make a commitment to honor, get to know, and work in conjunction with that ally-self, which is made of the beautiful parts of you that you accepted as true.

A part of this approach that I use most frequently is teaching clients ways to think about what they think about. Many of my clients are amazed that they don't stop and actually think about their beliefs/values. When you externalize this internal process and challenge it, you begin to reduce the internal chatter that often creates cycles of worry, self-loathing, and other internal blockage that distracts you from becoming your best self.
