About My Clients

In my practice, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety and/or depression. I also have extensive background working with neurodivergent people and individuals who have been impacted by trauma. I believe in the power of insight and authenticity, meaning that the more we learn about ourselves, the more we are able to take agency in our lives to live the kind of life we want to live. Shifting patterns can often be difficult, but I am here to support you each step.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed psychologist with 10 years of experience. In my preparation to become a psychologist, I received training in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, university counseling centers, and private practices. I completed my APA-accredited predoctoral internship at UC Irvine’s University Counseling Center, and my postdoctoral fellowship was completed at Synergy Psycholgical Inc. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative and relational. I believe that our experiences throughout our lives impact the way that we see ourselves and our relationships. From this perspective, I work with clients to explore how their life experiences have impacted them.
