My practice is dedicated to treating anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. There is a tiny voice in your head constantly saying you are not good enough. On paper you are a high performing person, but you struggle to believe that you are loveable just the way you are. Instead, you spend your life overthinking ways to prove that you have value. My Background and Approach
-Incorporate traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and mind-body somatic exercises into sessions to help folks teach their bodies to be safe and calm 🧘 - I have successfully treated hundreds of women with Anxiety and Trauma and I can help you too!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people have the ability to change and grow at any stage in their lives. I don't think there’s any limit to what humans are capable of. In my view, mental health struggles often arise from unhealthy habits we've learned over time. This means that these negative behaviors can be unlearned and replaced with healthier alternatives. As a child, I felt misunderstood due to my ADHD, which led to anxiety. Through therapy, I learned how to manage my anxiety and overcome it, so it no longer controlled my life. I want you to experience the same sense of freedom that I enjoy daily. I actively participate in marches and community efforts that promote mental health awareness.
