About My Clients

Together we can sort through your thoughts and experiences to help you reach the version of yourself you have been striving for.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disturbances, and general mental health difficulties that disrupt an individual's ability to be fully present in their day-to-day experiences. I utilize EMDR, DBT, and CBT approaches and techniques. My focus in therapy is helping each client feel more confident in themselves and their ability to conquer their life challenges. Each person is the expert on their own mind. My job is to simply provide tools and support to work through the things that feel overwhelming and confusing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change in possible for anyone willing to put in the time and effort required to make those changes. As someone who grew up surrounded by mental illness, I have seen both the hardships that come along with that as well as the rewards of working through it. I believe that everyone is capable of reaching the version of themselves they have been striving for. It's challenging, but so rewarding to see the impact of your own efforts in your life.
