About My Clients

Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your goals and rediscover your power. I work with individuals navigating concerns like queer and trans issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, PnP/chemsex, relationships, attachment, disability, and neurodivergence. I take an intersectional approach, recognizing how oppression and stigma shape mental health and fostering resilience to drive meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

My style is warm, patient, and collaborative. I know healing looks different for everyone, and I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. You are the expert in your experience – I’m here to offer tools and insights to guide your path toward empowerment, self-acceptance, and healing. I draw from modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices. I embrace harm reduction, recognizing that healing isn’t always linear – and that every step forward, no matter how small, is worth honoring.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a transmasculine, white, neurodivergent queer person who believes a more just world is possible. I see healing as a force that not only transforms individuals but fuels collective change. I’m here to help you reclaim your power, navigate barriers, and build a life aligned with your values.
