My Background and Approach
I support individuals and couples who are navigating PTSD, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is informed by internal family systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. I strive to meet your unique needs, providing a personalized therapeutic experience that truly resonates with you. My background includes specialized training in gender-affirming care. In addition to my work as a therapist, I have 6 years of case management experience. Using that foundation, I use approaches such as IFS and EFT to create transformational change in the clients I work with. I am also currently pursuing a Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy.

I love working with LGBTQIA+ partnerships, helping couples and polycules build a deeper sense of connection. I also specialize in providing affirming care for queer and trans youth, helping them build confidence and self-esteem. As a member of the queer community myself, I provide the opportunity to work with someone who “gets it.” Navigating identity and relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to turn. I understand these struggles deeply and offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and find clarity.
