My Background and Approach
My practice focuses on what is unique to your life experience through compassionate listening & careful attention to the thoughts, feelings, speech, & symptoms of past & present trauma. Those closest to us are not always able to make sense of our most intimate experiences, which can often become a source of distress. I create a safe space in which you can speak freely & elaborate on your concerns in finding the words that make sense of your suffering. I follow a psychoanalytic approach that explores your concerns in-depth, allowing you to be heard, seen, & understood in ways that are attuned to your life context & experiences. Our work invites you to speak openly, revealing unconscious patterns, symptoms, dreams, and repressed memories. Through each session, by articulating your most intimate desires and authentic experiences, we will foster meaningful and lasting change that will allow you to become attuned to what truly matters in your life and work.
