Therapy can literally change your brain. The way you think, react, and process emotions is shaped by patterns that, over time, can either support or limit you. I believe real change happens when you let go of what no longer works for you, making space for what will. I’m passionate about helping you process what’s weighing you down, release what’s holding you back, and understand yourself in a way that makes growth feel possible. Therapy with me is active, engaging, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and self-trust.

I believe that our personal philosophies are the most powerful resources we have. The way we tell the story of our lives shapes how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our future. When that story is untrue or unkind, it limits our potential. But when we shift our perspective, we open the door to real growth and change. There is nothing I’m more passionate about than therapy. Every day, I get to have meaningful conversations with incredible people every day. It never stops being fulfilling. Outside of therapy, I love animals, especially my two dogs, Juniper and Meadow. I love crafting things. My latest hobby is French beaded flowers (making flowers out of sparkly beads and wire). I love traveling and have had the opportunity to visit 37 states and 13 different countries so far. I am also passionate about celebrating and decorating for any holiday or special event I can. In a world in which there is so much we cannot change, we deserve to celebrate the things that bring us joy.
