About My Clients
I work with clients who are wanting to improve their relationship with themselves and others and who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I enjoy working with clients who have a deep curiosity about the patterns they observe in their lives and are eager to explore and understand them. I find it particularly fulfilling to partner with individuals who are committed to making meaningful changes, with the goal of aligning more closely with their true selves.
My Background and Approach
It's important that my clients feel supported and have the tools they need to see the changes they want to make. I will work collaboratively with you to develop strategies to help you start moving forward in a direction that is aligned with your goals. I have training and experience in providing approaches such as CBT and DBT as well as mindfulness and somatic-based approaches and have helped many clients learn how to deal with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we can all find peace and it has been my journey in learning this that has led me to wanting to help others. Learning how to love and accept ourselves is the greatest gift we can give to the world. I learned how to cope with childhood depression and anxiety as well as insecure attachment through therapy and my own learning and practice in self-compassion and mindful awareness. I believe it is my purpose to help others who are on the same path seeking support and healing.
