My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of experience, I offer therapy that meets you right where you are. My approach is compassionate and personalized, focused on creating lasting, meaningful change. In my work, I bring two parts of myself: one is energizing, action-oriented, and helps you move, shift, and grow; the other holds space for deep, grounded healing—where lasting transformation can truly take root. I draw from a variety of tools—including Brainspotting, Parts Work, Flash Technique (from EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—to support healing on every level. Brainspotting is at the heart of my practice. It taps into the brain’s natural ability to heal by using eye position to access and process stuck emotions and experiences. For those navigating OCD or other anxiety disorders, I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—evidence-based methods that help break patterns of anxiety and create space for more freedom and ease.
