Anger and Anxiety have you feeling out of control and threatening to ruin your relationships. My Background and Approach
I can help you figure out how to manage racing thoughts, calm your body, and manage your impulsivity so that you can focus on the things that matter most, like your job, your marriage, and your family. I offer therapy for anger, anxiety, burnout and stress management. I use talk therapy and EMDR. Anger and Anxiety don't have to be in charge of your life. Together, we can create a plan to manage it. We'll explore the root cause, work on tools and skills to stop the impulsivity, and the shame, and practice managing stress so you can feel better. I can't wait to get started! My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am licensed in Washington, Utah, Idaho, Missouri and Maryland. I have over 12 year experience working with folks who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD and a variety of other mental health concerns. Connect with me for a free consult. Lets chat! Our initial 1-2 sessions will involve a thorough evaluation of your needs. Following this assessment, I will share my initial impressions and suggest possible directions for our work together. We will then set goals and develop a preliminary plan. This is a good time for you to assess how comfortable you feel working with me. I encourage you to ask questions you may have. My approach is to meet you where you are. We will work on issues important to you. This will dictate if you experience trauma focused therapy, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or any other modalities. Each modality is designed to treat a specific type of mental health issues. All sessions will be held 100 percent virtual.
