Therapy changed my life... It made it much worse. I’m kidding, it saved my life, and I'd be honored to help you like my therapist helped me.

About My Clients

I have extensive experience working with teenagers and adults who face issues with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, trauma, self-esteem and more. My clients tend to be curious and creative. They're empathetic, smart, and funny. And my 10+ years in the entertainment industry provides me with personal insight to help those in the creative community.

My Background and Approach

I offer practical solutions you can start using right away, as well as a safe space to let it all out and explore the root of your challenges. I like to be collaborative, and I won't sit in silence and occasionally ask "what do YOU think you should do?". We're gonna tackle your stuff together and get you moving in your desired direction. You can reauthor your story, and it can start like this: You are not the problem, the problem is the problem.

Why I Became a Therapist

My path to therapy began as a child. My homelife was often dysfunctional and unpredictable. In response, I became hypervigilant and hypersensitive to the moods of people around me. I became an expert at reading the room, checking the vibes, noticing tiny details about people's behavior. I used humor as a defense mechanism, cooling tempers with jokes and cutting tension with impressions. I developed strong interpersonal skills, strong empathy, and a yearning to help others. My problems became assets, and from the bottom of my heart, I KNOW yours can too.
