No matter how recently or remotely one emigrated, the process of belonging is always underway. Transnationality can reveal it's complexity with each life cycle, adding a special kind of heart tug during events such as: death of relatives, birth of a child, loss of a friendship, a move, marriage, divorce, medical diagnosis, etc. I am here for you!

Families break and form in many ways, I have worked in the field of adoption hearing the voices of adoptees, birth parents, siblings, adoptive parents and many other folks in the adoption constellation and can bring a nuanced compassion to the challenges families individual face. Together we can name and transform painful experiences, such as: addressing race in transracial families, navigating search for bio parents, belonging, advocating for truth and respect, etc.

There is no one-way to do relationship, though we often carry unspoken rules and legacies that may or may not fit who we are with our loved one(s). Sex, money, emotional labor, and parenting, are just a few places where we might get complacent or stuck. I have experience and interest in working with multicultural, and mixed-status partners. Special education in addressing sex and intimacy.

Through the use of mindfulness, Hakomi offers gentle guidance to people\'s inner experience. A present moment awareness is paired with a creative, dynamic, and experiential approach that allows people to not just think, but feel and intuit their way through painful events.

The body has infinite wisdom- stored in our nervous system and in our muscles and bones is the capacity to be in connection to ourselves in mindful and integrated ways. In our session I may draw attention to your body and as you emote, think and experience healing and change. This, often leads to greater mind-body connection.

PACT has at its core the goal to move couples towards a secure functioning relationship- one where folx can feel safe and protected. This method brings both compassion and clarity to the realtionship and tends to everyday issues (money, sex, communication, kids, etc.) from an attachement, brain savvy and truma informed place.
