I offer daytime & evening hours. I look forward to discussing your goals for therapy & ways to create a meaningful and fulfilled life.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development, Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University. My graduate work was completed at California Lutheran University where I completed a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic models that are solution focused and evidence-based such as cognitive behavior therapy. My specific model for treatment depends on the needs and goals of the client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The process of finding a therapist is a difficult one & finding the right fit is one of the most important parts of growth and healing in therapy. By taking the time to read about me you have already made the most important step towards improving your life. Through counseling, you will move towards healing and improving the quality of your life.
