About My Clients
My clients express various struggles such as feeling unhappy, lonely, unsatisfied, irritable, lost, stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, isolated, inauthentic, and hopeless. They are unsure about where they are in school, work, or life. They may use terms such as depressed, stressed, anxious, numb, angry, abused, traumatized, grieving, and anxious/avoidant attachment. They wish to grow and nurture their relationships with others and themselves. They desire to be able to tolerate life's challenges.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy working with people who desire a change whether they know where to start or not. My approach is to see you as a whole human being and not simply the symptoms that you experience. I help clients, in effect, re-wire themselves to be and move through the world more freely. Many of my clients are Latino/x and/or identify within the LGBTQ+ community. My hope for clients is always to help them meet their needs, but it is also my intention to gift them with more curiosity, authenticity, and self-love. There is an immense potential inside you waiting to be discovered and brought to life one conscious choice at a time.
