My Background and Approach
I dedicated a year and a half to training and providing therapy at Peace Over Violence, where I had the opportunity to support survivors of sexual and domestic violence. During this time, I gained valuable experience in delivering trauma-informed care to individuals at various stages of their healing journey. This experience profoundly shifted my understanding of therapy, trauma, and post-traumatic triggers. Together, we will explore your past traumatic experiences, examine the factors shaping your life today, and develop strategies to move forward.
