About My Clients
I love to work with clients who are contemplative but motivated. I work really well with clients that are stuck in trauma cycles and those are struggle with perfectionism and high levels of anxiety. I am passionate about clients connecting to their body and inner experience instead of just focusing on thoughts.
My Background and Approach
I have been licensed and treating clients for 10 years. My specialties include but aren’t limited to- trauma/PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, perfectionism and OCD, and eating disorders. I am EMDR trained and use it daily with my clients as an effective treatment for trauma and maladaptive coping
