My clients are diverse in every way. Ages 8 to 80, various walks of life and experiences, various backgrounds and life perspectives. I serve multiple populations of ethnic background, gender identity, religious background, etc. I ensure that any individual who walks in the door is met with the open mindedness and respect they need for their specific needs.

My approach to therapy tends to be strengths based and solution focused. Lets work together to use your strengths to come up with solutions to solve the struggles you are dealing with. With a B.A. in Art, I also enjoy incorporating the therapeutic qualities of art into my practice whenever appropriate.
