Depression. Anxiety. Relationship issues. Low self-esteem. These are common issues that people face when it comes to mental health challenges, which are enough to make life difficult. Chances are your romantic relationships, friendships, and most importantly your relationship with yourself have been greatly impacted by these. There's this sense that something has to change, but you don't know where to begin.
My Background and Approach
The key for me was to have someone to talk to and process my emotions and thoughts that were hard to look at alone. Most of our lives are enacted living out scripts that lie outside of conscious awareness. Together we discover these stories which serve as the emotional and psychological underpinnings of how you experience the world and yourself. I work with people who are looking for someone who balances being non-judgmental, compassionate, and understanding while also challenging their beliefs when appropriate. For something to grow, it needs its basic needs met: food, water, shelter, and support. In order some something to evolve, something in the environment needs to be changed. Effective therapy provides both a supportive, safe environment and someone who will at times provide challenging insight or perspective to stimulate evolution. We’ll work together to help you re-ignite your passions, build healthier relationships, and uncover a more authentic self.
