I want to work with you to identify the needs that your feelings, body, patterns and behaviors are trying to express to you to bring you a more fulfilled life (whatever that looks like).
My Background and Approach
I draw from therapies such as DBT, CBT, ACT, harm reduction and mindfulness to help my clients with issues such as sexuality, body image, anxiety, stress, trauma, sexual trauma, relationships, and understanding and healing from self-injury
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the goal of therapy should not be to change yourself to fit into society's individualistic, capitalistic view. I conduct therapy through a feminist, sex-positive, fat-positive, and social justice lens. I believe Black Lives Matter. I love animals and will be asking for pictures if you bring up a pet.
