My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Los Angeles, CA, currently seeing clients virtually throughout the state of CA. As your therapist you can expect me to approach you with genuine curiosity and consistent support. I specialize in Anxiety and OCD treatment. My goal is to support clients in building here and now tools to reduce symptoms while exploring patterns from the past to create meaningful change. It is an honor to be able to witness my clients as they move into a joyful, empowered, and peaceful future. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, straightforward, and authentic. I have advanced training in evidenced based practices, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
