I have personal experience of being adopted and adopting a child, which I feel makes me feel uniquely qualified to discuss the process, pain and triumph that comes with both.

I have worked with adolescents who are actively "at-risk" of eating disorders, suicide, alcohol and/or substance(s) usage, cutting, depression, anxiety, etc. I am open to discussing my layered approach to these issues. Mostly , it begins with CBT....

I am very familiar with the unique challenges presented by an ADHD diagnosis. These challenges may include but not be limited to: Alcoholism, substance(s) (ab)use/co-occurring disorder, self-harm, medication referrals, etc. I also work with clients to get authorized for "pet companions," which allows your pet to accompany you to public and private spaces . Pet companionship offers a way to navigate and manage anxiety.

I am a woman of color, who is open and available to speak about racial injustice and disparity in the United States and globally. I am a 3rd generation (Mexican) American-Latinx

I offer CBT interventions, which lead to behavioral changes, which can offer long-term visible positive changes.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults who suffer from attachment disorder(s) due to abandonment, abuse/neglect, adoption, etc.

"Racial Trauma" is REAL and "microaggressions/microinsults" are not your imagination. They are equally as REAL! When you suffer form "racial Trauma," you move through the world with a slight feeling of being gaslit and/or not believed. Let's confront this trauma and offer you some relief from systemic, systematic and institutionalized oppression, vis a vis "racism."
