I am familiar with using the trauma framework (PTSD or complex trauma, developmental, & generational pain), somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, attachment injury, and psychodynamic work. We work on our parts, trauma responses, brain function and nervous system in relation to mental health, emotions and behaviors. In couple and family relationship, we start with issues, create insight on deeper need and insecurity that create conflicts. We help each other to see the vulnerability and acceptance. We practice communication that speaks for the true self longing for secured attachment.
